At Charlush LLC, we take great pride in our handcrafted products. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing:
Soaps:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all soap products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
T-Shirts & Tumblers:
Refunds or exchanges are allowed only if the following conditions are met:

The request is made within 7 days of delivery

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes proof of purchase

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs

If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a substitute item of equal or greater value
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Prior to return, you must email support@charlush.com to request a refund and we will assign you an internal stock tracking number. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Copies of the original receipt are unacceptable and will automatically void your request.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, minus a restock fee of 25%. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling. You will still have to pay return shipping.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Clearance, sale items, giveaway, or free items cannot be refunded. All clearance and sale items are final purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, return the item in its original packaging unused and send us an email at support@charlush.com You will still have to pay for return shipping.
Shipping
To return your product, email us at support@charlush.com
You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping a return over $75, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
